Privacy Policy
VOLLV (“we”, “us”) operates this website to introduce a product that has not launched yet. We collect as little personal data as possible, and this page explains exactly what that is.
What we collect
- Email address, only if you choose to give it to us through the launch-notification signup. Nothing on this site requires an account.
- Messages you send us, if you email info@vollv.com or book time with us.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard request data (IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These logs are retained briefly and we do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or third-party cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
How we use it
Email addresses from the signup are used for one purpose: to tell you when VOLLV launches and, at most, a small number of related updates beforehand. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe. We use contact messages only to reply to you.
Third-party services
The launch-notification list is stored and sent through Resend, which processes it only on our instructions. Booking a meeting uses Google Calendar appointment scheduling; any details you enter there are handled by Google under its own privacy policy. The site is hosted on Vercel, as described above.
Retention and deletion
We keep signup emails until launch notices have been sent or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first, and contact messages for as long as needed to respond. To have your data deleted or to ask what we hold, email info@vollv.com and we will act within 30 days.
Illustrative content
The brands, campaigns, creators and figures shown on this site are illustrative mock-ups that demonstrate what VOLLV can do. They are not real campaigns, and the trademarks belong to their respective owners, who are not affiliated with or endorsing VOLLV.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us an email address, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
When the VOLLV app launches, this policy will be replaced by one covering the app. We will update the date above whenever it changes. Our Terms of Service also apply to use of this site.
