These terms cover your use of the VOLLV website. By using the site you agree to them. The VOLLV app is not yet available; separate terms will govern it when it launches.
What this site is
The site is an informational preview of a product in development. Nothing on it is an offer to sell goods or services, and no purchases, campaigns, or accounts can be created here. Product details, features, and timelines may change or never ship.
Illustrative content
The brands, campaigns, creators and figures shown on this site are illustrative mock-ups that demonstrate what VOLLV can do. They are not real campaigns, and the trademarks belong to their respective owners, who are not affiliated with or endorsing VOLLV.
Launch notifications
If you submit your email address, you are asking us to notify you when VOLLV launches. You can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing info@vollv.com. How we handle that address is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may browse and share the site freely. You may not attempt to disrupt it, probe or breach its security, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send unsolicited messages to others.
Intellectual property
The VOLLV name, wordmark, and the original design, text, and media on this site belong to VOLLV. Third-party trademarks shown in mock-ups remain the property of their owners. You may not reproduce our materials commercially without written permission.
Third-party links and services
Booking a meeting takes you to Google Calendar, which operates under Google’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOLLV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. Questions go to info@vollv.com.
